Users in the US, Europe, Canada and South America said they could not refresh feeds, access accounts or upload photos and videos to Instagram.

Accordingly, many users said they could not refresh the feed, access the account or upload photos and videos. They also cannot update status via the Story feature.

When accessing this social networking site by computer, the user will receive the message “Sorry, something went wrong”. Currently, this site has been back in operation in some places.
“Some users have had trouble accessing their account. We will quickly fix this problem,” the official Instagram account posted the article on Twitter.
At the time of the error, the downdetector.com page recorded over 50,000 Instagram access issues. Of those, 82% said they could not renew the news content, 9% complained that they could not access the Instagram website and 7% could not use both. Many users have pulled over Twitter to express disappointment.
In mid-April, users in Europe, Malaysia and part of the US had encountered similar problems in accessing social networking sites including Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
